How long does my order take to ship?

We ship via Australia Post. Standard shipping within Australia can take between 2-6 business days whereas Express Shipping can deliver within 1-2 business days.

Do you offer international shipping? 

We do offer International Shipping to most countries via Australia Post. On average, Standard Shipping for most countries can take between 8-10 business days whereas Express Shipping can take between 3-6 business days.

What is your return policy? 

Unfortunately we can only offer returns or exchanges on Oils that have been purchased and not yet sent.
Due to the nature of our products we need them to be in 100% unused, unopened condition and this is the only way we can verify that the quality and quantity of the product has not been effected.
